David Arthur Scarborough, Sr.

David Arthur Scarborough, Sr. 84 of Elkton, MD, died Friday, June 16, 2006 in the Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. Born in North East, MD, on August 14, 1921, he was the son of the late Clarence and the late Elsie Cameron Scarborough. He was a Radar Technician, employed by Aberdeen Proving Ground for 31 years. He also worked at Cape Kennedy in Titusville, FL for 8 years. Mr. Scarborough enjoyed traveling, camping, and was a member of A.L.P.C.A. American License Plate Collector Association. Survived by his wife: Ruby Scarborough, one daughter: Doris A. McCoy of Elkton, MD and two sons: David A. Scarborough, Jr. of Elkton, MD, Barry E. Scarborough of Bear, DE. Sister: Grace Cianclli of Mims, FL. and one brother: George Scarborough of Elkton, MD. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his daughter, Linda Atkinson, who died in September 6, 1971. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD where family and friends may call after 10:00 AM. Rev.
