David L. Cartwright

David L. Cartwright
Born in San Francisco, CA, on August 24, 1946, he was the son of Vern and Gwendolyn (Willan) Cartwright of TX. He was the husband of the late Brenda Sue Cartwright who died Feb. 15, 2013.
He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
David worked as a Maintenance Manager for Sherwin Williams, Aberdeen, MD, McCormick, Baltimore, MD and Firestone, Perryville, MD. He was a member of American Legion Cecil Post #15, Elkton, MD.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children: Stephanie A. Harris (Mark) and David 'Scott' Cartwright all of North East, MD; 2 granddaughters: Ashley and Megan Harris; and one sister: Susan Kifer (Preston) of Odessa, DE.
Memorial service will be held Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD where the family will receive guests beginning at 1:00 pm until service time.
Interment will follow in Cherry Hill Cemetery, Elkton, MD.
