Clifton "Dinky" Leon Wilson, Jr.

Clifton “Dinky” Leon Wilson, Jr, of North East, MD, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024 in the Christiana Care, Union Hospital, Elkton, MD.

Born in Elkton, MD on July 12, 1955 he was the son of the late Anne Marie (Biddle) and Clifton Leon Wilson, Sr.

Clifton served his country proudly for the U.S. Army Airborne 82nd Division.

He enjoyed going for rides on his Harley, taking the boat out fishing and playing pool. He loved horses, his dogs, Brutus and Levi and his cat Stewie.

Clifton is survived by his wife: Tamara Jean Wilson of North East, MD; children: Jean Marie Bostic (Christopher), Margaret Lynn Wilson, Curtis Ray Wilson (Amanda), Melisa Anne Wilson Koehler (Cody) and Charles Edmond Wilson all of North East, MD, Kirsten Ann Wilson (Kenneth) of Pasadena, MD; adopted son: Ralphael Bayas of Elkton, MD; siblings: Carolyn Westerinen of Port Deposit, MD, Linda Ratliff of Elkton, MD and Charles Wilson of North East, MD; and 7 grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Clifton was preceded in death by his son: James Edward Wilson.

Funeral service will be held Monday, February 26, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
