Clifford Dean Harrington

Clifford Dean Harrington, 40 of North East, MD, died suddenly Monday, November 14, 2011 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Born in Elkton, MD, on June 7, 1971, he was the son of Charles M. and Louise Hedrick Harrington of Elkton, MD. Dean was a Truck Driver for ABC Supply. He was a graduate of the North East High School Class of 1989 and a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church. He enjoyed building his 1970 Nova that he raced at the Cecil County Dragway and working on cars for his many friends. His family was the "Light of his Life" and he loved his nieces more than anything else. In addition to his parents he is survived by 2 sisters: Kim Harrington and Jennifer Brown Deron; and his nieces: Sydney and Blake Brown, all of Elkton, MD. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Friday, November 18, 2011 beginning at 10:00 AM until service time at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Gary Moore will be held Friday, November 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Interment will follow in Nottingham Missionary Baptist Cemetery, Nottingham, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dean may be made to: Nottingham Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund, in care of the funeral home.
