Clarence Wilbur Foote, 71 of Elkton, MD, died Thursday, August 19, 2004 in the Christiana Hospital, Christiana, DE.Born in Aberdeen, MD, he was the son of the late C. Donald and the late Ruth A Johnson Foote. He served during Korean war in the Army from 1953 to 1955.He enjoyed collecting model trucks, was a Nascar fan and avid watcher of Law and Order. He also loved driving a charter bus.He was a Safety & Training Supervisor, retired from Air Products & Chemicals, Allentown, PA. Survived by his wife: Iris Ball Foote, Brother of two sisters: Mary Ely of Aberdeen, MD, Helen Garland of Acworth, GA, Special Friend, Doff Wagner, And several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his late infant brothers, Myron and Donald. Funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Monday, August 23, 2004 at at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.Friends may call Sunday, August 22, 2004 from 6:00PM until 8:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.Pallbearers are Walter Ball, Christopher Ball, David Ely, Patrick Ely, Eugene Murray, Walter Foote.Honorary Pallbearers are Nolan Ball, Doff Wagner, and Charles Messimer.Interment will be Monday in Bel Air Memorial Gardens, Bel Air, MD, with his nephew, Donald W. Ball, Jr. officiating.
