Christopher James Crossley, Sr. 38 of North East, MD, died Sunday, April 15, 2007 in Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. He was born in Elkton, MD, on August 7, 1968. He was a Concrete Finisher, employed by Mr. Concrete, North East, MD and previously employed by First State Construction, Bear, DE. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, walking and music. Survivors include: his wife, Ruth A. Crossley, of North East, MD; Mother and Stepfather: Brenda and James Peart, of Charlestown, MD; Father and Stepmother: Charles and Elizabeth Crossley, of Fair Hill, MD; one daughter: Ashley M. Crossley, at home, and two sons: Christopher J. Crossley, at home and Scott M. Keithley of Rising Sun, MD; one sister: Elizabeth Crossley of North East, MD and one brother: Bryan W. Crossley of North East, MD. Funeral service will be held Thursday, April 19, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where family and friends may call Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, 21901.
