Cheyrl Kaye McKinney, 56, of Rising Sun, MD departed this life on October 8, 2016.

She was the daughter of the late Homer and Emma Mentz. Survivors include her son and daughter – in – law Dwayne and Gabriele Owens, Rising Sun, MD; daughter Amber Owens and fiancé Angel Rivera, Newark, DE; grandchildren Madison Owens, Kristen Owens, Nicole Owens, Selena Ortiz, Dakota Owens, and Jack Owens; as well as her partner Billy Graham, Rising Sun, MD.

Services will be Saturday, October 15th at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 S. Main St. North East, MD. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Funeral services to begin at 11 a.m.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crouch Funeral Home.
