Born on May 1, 2017, he was the beloved son of Dustin C. and Kelli M. (Lambert) Dixon, Elkton, MD.

In addition to his parents, Charlie was much loved by his sister: Lacey Isabella Dixon; maternal grandparents: Ronald and Patricia Lambert of North East, MD; paternal grandparents: Kim C. and Margaret Dixon of Elkridge, MD; maternal great grandmother: Polly Blakeley of North East, MD; paternal great grandfather: Harvey A. Dixon of Elkridge, MD; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
