Charles "Charley" Douglas Brooks

Charles “Charley” Douglas Brooks, 39 of Elkton, MD, passed away after a lengthy cardiac illness Thursday, July 5, 2018, Elkton, MD.

Born in Merced, CA, on March 22, 1979, he was the son of Douglas James Brooks and Sharon Lynn (Broad) Kerns.

He is survived by his wife: Theresa Brooks; daughter: Raven Scarlett Brooks of Elkton, MD; son: Jason James Brooks of Elkton, MD; grandmother, Anna Mae Hammer of Port Deposit, MD and grandparents; Thomas & Esther Mae Broad of Conneaut, OH.

Charley is preceded in death by his brother: The Late Jason Thomas Brooks, and uncle: The Late Lance Dean Broad.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD with a visitation from 10:00 am until time of service.

Interment will be in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East.
