Charles Odell Walker

Charles Odell Walker, 78 of Perryville, MD, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2008 in the Heartland Hospice House, Wilmington, DE. Born in Trappe Hill, NC, on January 16, 1930, he was the son of the late Charles Wilson and the late Lou Hoffman Walker. He was a self employed Carpenter for many years. Survivors include his children: Doreen Williams of Havre De Grace, MD; Jody Walker of Perryville, MD; Dawn Walker of Newark, DE; and Deneen Walker of Aberdeen, MD; one sister: Ruth Charbonneau of Wilksboro, NC; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son: Charles O. "Mickey" Walker and 9 siblings. Family and friends may call Wednesday, July 9, 2008 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where funeral services will be held Friday, July 11, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Rev. John Gaugher will officiate. Interment will be in Charlestown Cemetery, Charlestown, MD.
