Charles Raymond Palmer II, 63 of Elkton, MD passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2017 in Union Hospital Of Cecil County, Elkton, MD.
Born in Elkton, MD, on February 16, 1954, he was the son of the late, Charles R. Palmer II.
Charles proudly served as a United States Marine, as well as a Safety Supervisor with Veltech.
Survivors include one beloved daughter: Lindsey Palmer of North East, MD; sister: Donna L. Keene of Louisville, KY and two brothers: Jeffrey Palmer of Wilmington, DE and Brian Palmer of Baltimore, MD; foster mother: Bonnie Price of Conowingo, MD and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family graciously requests donations to the funeral home to help with expenses.
