Charles Joseph Miller

Charles Joseph Miller, 55 of North East, MD, died Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at home. Born in Darby, PA, on February 26, 1953, he was the son of Charles R. and Rosemarie Collica Miller of Ridley Park, PA. Mr. Miller was the beloved husband of Jean Miller of North East, MD. He was a Lab Technician, employed at the DuPont Experimental Station. He was a member of the Cecil County Arts Council, Church of the Good Shepherd, Perryville, MD and a 1971 graduate of St. James High School, Chester, PA. Mr. Miller was an avid painter who loved all types of art. He also was a huge NASCAR fan. In addition to his loving wife and parents, survivors include his children: Tricia Diaz of Baltimore, MD, Christopher Lawrence Carr of Delaware County, PA, Jason Charles Miller of Delaware County, PA, and Savannah Rose Miller at home; two sisters: Rosemarie Foley and Judy Judak both of Delaware County, PA; 3 grandchildren; 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Family and friends may call at the Miller home, 11 May Street, North East, MD on Saturday, November 15, 2008 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM. There will be a prayer service at 3:00 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to: Savannah Miller College Fund, in care of Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD 21901.
