Charles Morgan Kennedy

Charles Morgan Kennedy, Jr., 35 of Elkton, MD, died Thursday, September 23, 2004 in Corolla, NC. Born in Elkton, MD, on March 16, 1969, he was the son of Charles Morgan, Sr. and the late Marilyn Kennedy. He was a lifelong resident of Cecil County. Mr. Kennedy was an Electrician and Lineman with Amtrak for 6 years.He was an avid fisherman, who enjoyed boating and crabbing, but most of all, he was a dedicated family man.He is survived by his wife of four years, Tammi Kennedy, Elkton, MD; his children, Samantha Zickgraf and Jacob Kennedy, both at home; his father and step-mother, Charlie and Karen Kennedy, Sr., Elkton, MD;one brother, Michael Kennedy, Elkton, MD;Father and Mother-in-law, Al and Doris McInturff, North East, MD; Grandparents, Vic and Mary Rose Crain, Elkton, MD, and Reva Blankenship, also of Elkton; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to his mother who died in 1976, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, the late Floyd Kennedy. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at 1:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD where friends may call from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM the same day at the funeral home. The Rev. Jack Cohen of Moore's Chapel will officiate. Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD. In leiu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Jacob & Samantha memorial fund in c/o County Bank, 1 South Main Street, North East, MD, 21901.
