Born in Philadelphia, PA, on November 11, 1940, he was the son of the late Raymond and Cecilia (Rittenhouse) Fiss. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Wilt) Fiss.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at 11:00 am at Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn, PA.
