Charles Edwin McKinney

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles Edwin McKinney, of Lancaster, PA, who left us far too soon on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at the age of 51. Born on January 20, 1974, in Fort Bliss, TX, Charles brought joy and laughter to those around him.

Charles worked as a supervisor in the road construction industry for Hobbs Construction.

He is survived by his mother, Alice McKinney, and his sister, Tiffany McKinney. He also leaves behind several beloved nieces and nephews: Richard Renshaw, Becca Bender, Logan Roscoe, and Gabriel Rivera. Charles had a close-knit family, including his Uncle Robert Brown (Linda), and cousins Lisa Forester and Robert Brown.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, Charles H. McKinney.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Charles's life at a visitation on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. After the service, Charles will be laid to rest at North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
