Charles Lloyd Brooks, 52 of Perryville, MD, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at home.

He was born in Elkton, MD, on October 11, 1970.

Charles was a millwright for Local 219, Wilmington DE.  He enjoyed gardening, mowing grass, traveling, the beach, boating, watching the Eagles play, and loved spending time with family.

He is survived by his fiancé: Beverly Reil of Perryville, MD; sons: Garrett Brooks (Gabrielle) of North East, MD, Chase Brooks, US Army Basic Training, Company B148, MO; stepchildren: Kenneth Reil, Jr. (Lauren) of Colora, MD, Andrew Reil (Claudia) of Havre de Grace, MD and Ryan Reil of Perryville, MD; step grandchildren: Lilianne & Gavin; and sister: Amy Brooks Baull of Dagsboro, DE

He was preceded in death by his mother: Madeline Rae (Price) Brooks and his aunt: Vina Mae Castle.
