Carolyn Patricia Bannister

Carolyn Patricia Bannister, 35 of North East, MD, died suddenly Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. She was born in Elmira, NY, on October 25, 1974. Carolyn worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Social Security Administration. In her earlier years, she worked in medicine. She was very loving and caring, especially to the elderly. She loved to play pool and was a very special scrapbooker. Carolyn is survived by one son: Tyler Bannister at home; her parents: Kerry P. and Donna Kearney Bannister, of North East, MD; 2 brothers: Kerry P. Bannister, Jr. and his wife Cassandra and Christopher Bannister and his wife Jessica; and 3 nephews: Kevin, Michael and Andrew. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Father Anthony Pileggi will be held Monday, June 28, 2010 at 11:00 AM at St. Jude's Roman Catholic Church, 928 Turkey Point Road, North East, MD.
