Carol A. Moore

Carol A. Moore, 64 of Charlestown, MD, died Sunday, November 22, 2009 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lancaster, PA, on December 27, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Leona Orr. She was a school bus driver and a member of VFW Post 6027 Ladies Auxiliary, North East, MD. She enjoyed boating, fishing, traveling and collecting antiques. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her loving husband: Ronald L. Moore, Sr. of Charlestown, MD; her children: Ronald L. Moore, Jr. and his wife Duayna of Port Deposit, MD, and Tracey Thomas and her husband James of North East, MD; her siblings: Larry Orr of Gains, PA, Harold Cook of Gettysburg, PA, and Candy Williams of Lancaster, PA; 5 grandchildren: Ronald Moore, III, Zachary Moore, Jennifer Thomas, Roger Jones, and Bridgette Jones and 2 great grandchildren: Ryan Jones and Aaliyah Frampton. Funeral services will be private.
