Carol Ann Gebhardt

Carol Ann Gebhardt, 59 of North East, MD died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Aberdeen, MD on May 8, 1952, the daughter of the late Lloyd William Gebhardt and Etta Belle Marble of Aberdeen, MD. Carol was a Home Healthcare Aid working with mentally handicapped adults. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of V.F.W. Post 8175, Elkton. Survivors include 3 daughters: Annette Sexton and husband, Carl Sexton, Sr. of North East, MD, Carol Barrow-McDaniel and husband Guy McDaniel of Edgewood, MD and Tina Coker of North East, MD; 2 sisters: Donna Blackburn of North East, MD and Diane Lewis of Aberdeen, MD; and her 6 grandchildren: Jimmy McCreary, Jr., Tiffany Sexton, C. J. Sexton, Jr., Deisha McDaniel, Guy L. McDaniel and John C. Lorden. Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at V.F.W. Post 8175, 208 W. High Street, Elkton, MD. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in Carol's memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
