Carl Lawrence Thomas

Carl Lawrence Thomas, 69 of North East, MD, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at home.

Born in Princeton, WV, on August 12, 1948, he was the son of the late Haden and Emma Lou (Chambers) Thomas.

He retired as a production supervisor from Air Products, Elkton, MD after 36 years of service.

A member of the Moose Lodge, Elkton, MD, Mr. Thomas really enjoyed bowling and bowled on both the Monday and Thursday Night Leagues.

Survivors include his wife: Janie (Eastridge) Thomas; 5 children:  Carl "Peanut" Thomas, Jr. (Kim) of Elkton, MD, John Thomas of North East, MD, Chris Thomas (Melissa) of Cape Coral, FL, Theresa Mussaw (Andy) of Elkton, MD, Shawn Thomas (Kimberly) of North East, MD; 2 brothers: James Lee Thomas of Elkton, MD, Sterling Thomas of North East, MD; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests on Friday evening, from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Carl’s Crusaders – Relay for Life or Seasons Hospice, both in care of the funeral home.
