Carl Dean Howell

Carl Dean Howell, 68 of Port Deposit, MD, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023 in the Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.

Born in Havre de Grace, MD, on October 9, 1955, he was the son of the late Will Palmer Howell and Mary Ina (Ratliff) Howell.

Carl was a client of Bayside Community Network, Elkton, MD for many years. He enjoyed Orioles baseball and University of Kentucky basketball.

He is survived by his brothers: William Douglas Howell of Conowingo, MD and Jerry Howell and spouse Kellie Howell of Flagler County, FL; several nephews; and a great nephew and great niece.

In addition to his parents, Carl was also preceded in death by his brother: Roger Wayne Howell; and sister-in-law: Vicky Howell.

Funeral service will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow services in Calvary Baptist Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.
