Carl Thomas Abrams, 60 of North East, MD, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2022 at home.

Born in Elkton, MD, on July 7, 1962, he was the son of the late James M. "Mike" and Ethel "Eckie" (Crothers) Abrams.

Carl was a concrete finisher before he retired. He loved talking to people and all sports, especially his favorite, the Dallas Cowboys.

Carl is survived by his children, grandchildren, brothers and sisters.
