Brian Wesley Carter, 23 of Elkton, MD died Sunday, December 20, 2009 in Lancaster, PA. Born in Chester, PA, on August 23, 1986. Brian enjoyed reading, poetry, and drawing. He is survived by his mother and step father Anita & Ron Barrow of North East, MD; his father and step mother William R. Carter, Jr. and Trish Deaver of Elkton, MD; four brothers: William R. Carter III, Matthew E. Carter, Cody H. Carter, and Ryan E. Carter all of Elkton, MD; a step brother, Seth Barrow of Perryville, MD; four step sisters, Samantha Barrow of Perryville, MD, Lindsey Roark, Katie Roark, and Patricia Gonce all of Elkton, MD; his grandparents: William R. Carter, Sr. of Chadds Ford, PA and Fred W. and Jane Credille of Boothwyn: and his step grandparents, Ron and Shirley Barrow of Charlestown, MD Funeral services will be held Monday, December 28, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD where family and friends may call from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
