Brenda J. (Wiggins) Thomas

Brenda J. Thomas, 67 of Elkton, MD, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving family.

A lifelong resident of Elkton, she was born on October 28, 1950, the daughter of the late Joseph Horace and Pauline (Osborne) Wiggins.

Brenda retired after many years of service for the Elkton Police Department working as a secretary.

She enjoyed crafting and gardening.  Most of all she loved spending time with her family.  She took great joy in her grandchildren.

Survivors include her loving husband: Harold E. Thomas; 3 daughters: Nicole Smith of Elkton, MD, Michelle Radabaugh of Spencerville , OH and Miranda Diorrio of Bear, DE; a stepson: Bradley Thomas of Taylorville, IL; 4 siblings: Beverly J Zielinski, Dawana L Humphries, Dorothy A Luckett, Jeffrey Wiggins; and her beloved 8 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by a son: Gregory Cozart; a sister: Barbara M Collins; and a half-brother: Joey Wiggins.

Funeral service, conducted by Rev. Dennis Gilbert will be held Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 am until service.

Interment to follow in Harford Memorial Gardens, Aberdeen, MD.
