Brenda L. (Frederick) Goff
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in Elkton, MD, on November 14, 1945, the daughter of the late Edward James and Doris Charlotte (Jackson) Frederick. She was the wife of the late William Michael Goff who died Oct. 28, 1998.
She was a member and prayer warrior for Five Rivers Church, Elkton, MD. She was also a member of CBN, TBN, Messiah’s Mandate and had her own Greeting Card Ministry. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, Jeopardy and cryptograms.
Survivors include 7 children: Russell Collins of Huntington Beach, CA, Robert Goff of Bear, DE, Gary Goff of Elkton, MD, David Goff of Colora, MD, Candy Welch of Elkton, MD, Jackie Bolte of Elkton, MD and Tammy Dowd of Charlestown, MD; 8 siblings: Dale Frederick of Elkton, MD, Duane Frederick of Cecilton, MD, Kevin Frederick of Cecilton, MD, Darlene Terell of Elkton, MD, Robbin Boroski of Elkton, MD, Sherry Wren of Elkton, MD, Kim Frederick of Cecilton, MD and Pam Fowler of Taber City, NC; 23 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; her 2 goddaughters: Linda Sizemore and Sharon Jones; and her 2 best friends: Ruthie Evans and Barbara Radcliff.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by 2 brothers: Gary and Jake Frederick
Funeral service will be held Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests on Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
