Bobby Reynolds Yates
Born in Havre de Grace, MD, on October 1, 1951, he was the son of the late Clyde Woodrow and the late Beatrice Mae (Brittingham) Yates.
Prior to his retirement in 2007, he worked for Parkers Express.
Bobby was a lifetime member of Rising Sun Fire Company with 44 years of service. He loved listening to Gospel music and watching the Orioles and the Ravens. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family; especially his grandchildren, Brooke Haynes and Owen Yates. They were the joys of his life.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years: Lois Ann (Mendenhall) Yates; his son: Stephen M. Yates and his wife Liz of Elkton, MD and daughter: Kim L. Yates also of Elkton.
Funeral services, conducted by Pastor Gary Holbrook will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Conowingo Baptist Church, Conowingo, MD, where visitation will begin at 9:00 AM until service time.
Interment will follow services in the church cemetery.
