Betty Lou Bibey

Betty Lou Bibey, 72 of Rising Sun, MD died Saturday, September 9, 2006 in Florence, SC. Born in Forest Hill, MD, on June 27, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Robert and the late Addie Roop Anderson. She was the wife of the late Richard C. Bibey who passed away in 2002. She was a member of Bible Fellowship Church, Rising Sun, MD. She loved to embroider tableclothes. She was a School Bus Driver, retiring with 20 years of service with Bud Montgomery and the Cecil County Board of Education. Survived by two sons and two daughters: Bernard L. Bibey, Conowingo, MD, Catherine J. Travers of North East, MD, Richard C. Bibey, Jr. of Rising Sun, MD, Joyce R. Leftridge of Florence, SC. Sister of three brothers: Roger Anderson of Fayetteville, NC, Robert Gene Anderson of Baltimore, MD and Howard L. Anderson of Perryville, MD. And one sister: Bonnie V. Mitchell of Millington, MD. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Friday, September 15, 2006 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD where family and friends may call Thursday, September 14, 2006 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Rev. Ron Weber will officiate. Interment State Line Baptist Cemetery, Rising Sun, MD.
