Bessie D. (Deavers) Wilson
Bessie D. Wilson, 93 of Rising Sun, MD, died Sunday, December 25, 2016 in the Calvert Manor Healthcare Center, Rising Sun, MD.
Born in Gordonsville, VA, on May 2, 1923, she was the daughter of the late James and Etta Deavers.
Bessie enjoyed her time with family and enjoyed the outdoors; she especially loved flowers and butterflies.
She was a nurse before her retirement.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by daughter: Margaret E. Kennedy (Arland) of Rising Sun, MD and son: Edward "Tommy" Bryant (Judy) of Cecilton, MD; a sister: Jean Miller of Hampton, VA. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Bessie was preceded in death by her husbands: Dawson E. Wilson and Edward T. Bryant.
Graveside service will be held Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Riverside Cemetery, Murfreesboro, NC.
