Beatrice Owens Kirkley

Beatrice Owens Kirkley, 92 of Landenburg, PA, died Thursday, January 25, 2007 in the Union Hospital Of Cecil County, Elkton, MD. Born in Hammorton, PA, on March 18, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Howard and the late Bessie B. Perry Owens. She was the wife of the late W. Burnite Kirkley who died in 1986. She retired from George T. Chardy & Sons Memorials, Kennett Square, PA, where she was employed for many years as the Office Manager. Mrs. Kirkley was a member of Hammorton United Methodist Church, Hammorton, PA. She is survived by two stepsons, B. David Kirkley of Elkton, MD and Donald L. Kirkley of Rising Sun, MD; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where family and friends may call one hour prior to the service. Rev.
