Beatrice Leah (Osburn) Clayton

Beatrice Leah Clayton, 80 of North East, MD, died Friday, July 21, 2023 at home.

Born in Webster Springs, WV, on January 1, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Jessie Dale (Hamrick) Osburn.

She was an LPN before her retirement. Beatrice enjoyed watching old T V shows, canning food, sewing and crocheting.

Beatrice is survived by two daughters: Donna Mullen of Townsend, DE and Lucinda Parks of Conway, S C. Sisters: Bertha Klusky, Lorraine Ellet, Mary Mullens and Linda Holley. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands: Billy Brown Wright and Floyd Clayton; son, Kenneth Wright, and brother, Laird Osburn.

Family and Friends may call Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 S. Main St. North East, MD.

Funeral service will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 at 11:00 am at Dodd and Reed Funeral Home, 155 McGraw Ave, Webster Springs, WV. Family and friends may call on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Osburn Family Cemetery, Webster Springs, WV.
