Barry Lane Jenkins

Barry Lane Jenkins, 52 of Port Deposit, MD, died Friday, August 15, 2008 in the University of Maryland Center, Baltimore, MD. Born in Havre De Grace, MD, on December 2, 1955, he was the son of the late Lane and the late Jean Simpers Jenkins. He served in the Army and was a painter, retired from the U.S. Naval Academy. Survivors include one daughter: Chisa Jenkins of Elk Mills, MD and one son: Barry L. Jenkins, Jr. of Elk Mills, MD; his companion, Mary Shackelford of Rising Sun, MD; and 3 grandchildren. Services were private.
