Barbara Ann Hill

Barbara Ann Hill, 67 of Elkton, MD, passed away Friday, June 28, 2019 at Union Hospital of Cecil County, Elkton, MD.

A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in Elkton on July 17, 1951. She was the daughter of the late Elwood M. Birney and Catherine L. Caldwell Nowland.

Barbara was a Homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family and was a master at crochet.

She is survived by her children: John Reed, Jr. of Pamplin, VA, Georgetta Stevens of Port Ritchie, FL, Jaime Jacobson of Virginia Beach, VA, Nicole Pavey of Claremore, OK and Debra Hill of Perryville, MD; 2 brothers and 3 sisters; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband: David W. Hill; and a daughter: Katherine Marie Birney
