Arthur Rolland Briscoe, Jr. '"Little Dicky or Blade", 38 of Elkton, MD, died suddenly Monday, July 11, 2011. He was born in Elkton, MD, on March 17, 1973. He worked as a bricklayer and in auto detailing. He is survived by his children: Shawn Briscoe and Nichol Carraras both of Elkton, MD, Taylor, Haley and Evan Briscoe all of Dover, DE; and his parents: Arthur R. 'Dickie' and A. Vanessa Roberts Briscoe of North East, MD. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation for family and friends beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private.
