Andrew B. Sexton, Sr.
Born in Wytheville, VA, on March 14, 1941, he was the son of the late James B. and the late Ethel B. (Stroupe) Sexton. He was the beloved husband of Cheryl A. (Stiltner) Sexton.
Mr. Sexton worked as a logger. He enjoyed studying the Bible.
In addition to his loving wife, survivors include his sons: Andrew B. Sexton, Jr. of NC, the late, Mark T. Sexton, James M. Sexton, Joseph L. Sexton and Jonathan D. Sexton all of Elkton, MD and Daniel I. Sexton of North East, MD; his sister: Charlotte Mitchell of Wilcoe, WV and his 3 late sisters, Cara Geneva Mitchem, Myrtle Wright and Grace Stroupe. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
Funeral service, conducted Rev. Leslie Osborne will be held Friday, September 28, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive family and friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow services in North East Methodist Cemetery.
