Amos Eno Fuhrmann

Amos Eno Fuhrmann, 61 of Elkton, MD, died Monday, May 29, 2006 at home. Born in Buffalo, NY on October 29, 1944, he was the son of the late Phillip and the late Grace Ballou Fuhrmann. Amos graduated with a BA degree from California Western University in San Diego, California and an MBA from University of Delaware. Mr. Furhmann experienced many businesss successes in corporate america as well as small business ventures. Amos was an active member of the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce, He was named "New Business of the Year" for the Chamber and the State of Maryland in Spring of 2000. He was an avid soccer coach, referee and fan. He was preceded in death by their daughter Teresa Elizabeth. Survived by his wife: Judy Stewart Fuhrmann, one son: Todd Fuhrmann of Clarksville, DE and one daughter: Traci Fuhrmann of Elkton, MD. Two brothers: Louis Fuhrmann, Kansas City, MO and Dr. Calvin Fuhrmann, Kennebunk Port, ME and sister-in-law: Sue Fuhrmann of Elkton, MD. Memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M., Thursday, June 1, 2006 at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Father John Tinklepaug will officiate. Interment will be private.
