Alice Virginia Williams

Alice Virginia Williams, 89 of North East, MD, died Friday, July 15, 2011 at Elkton Care and Rehab, Elkton, MD. Born in Elk Neck, MD, on January 31, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Harry and the late Sally Young Briscoe. She retired Perry Point VA Medical Center, Perry Point, MD after 30 years of service as a Dietician. Mrs. Williams was a member of St. Mark AUMP Church, Elk Neck, MD. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include her son: Benjamin Williams of Las Vegas, NV; 8 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; 5 great grandsons and 5 great granddaughters. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 2 daughters: Geraldine Hall and Joanne Hamilton. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday evening, July 22, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD. Funeral services, conducted by Bishop Delbert Jackson and Minister Lorenzo Hall will be held Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 11:00 AM at North East United Methodist Church, 308 South Main Street, North East, MD. Interment will follow in St. Mark's AUMP Cemetery, Elk Neck, MD.
