Alice Faye (Harkless) Foster

Alice Faye Foster, 77 of North East MD. passed away Friday October 14, 2022 at Christiana Care, Accent Care, Newark DE. Alice was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Sidney Foster and her brother, Jerry Daniels. Born in Montgomery, WV on March 30, 1945. She was the daughter of the late Mildred Virginia (Ketron) Daniels and stepdaughter of the late Manuel Daniels. She was employed as an O Ring Inspector for Veltec in Newark DE. Alice Enjoyed trips to Disney World with her family, fishing, and sitting in her recliner with her dog Pebbles. Alice was an active member of the Endeavor church in Elkton MD. She is survived by her children, Nancy Slonecker (Ron) and Bobby Ray Harkless (Barbara) of North East MD. Siblings, Diane Wontrop of North East MD, Darlene Reeves (Danny) of North East MD, and Melvin Daniels (Joyce) of Elkton MD. Grandchildren, Ashley Tolson of NC, Katelyn Slonecker, Shanna Headley, Virginia Perkins, Bobby Jo McBeth, and Bobby Harkless Jr. all of North East MD and 8 great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday October 29th, 2022 at 11am at Endeavor Church 32 Hill Top Rd, Elkton MD with visitation beginning at 10:30am.
