Alice J. "Jo" Cochran

Alice J. “Jo” Cochran, 74 of Elkton, MD, passed away at her home Friday, October 5, 2018 in Elkton, MD.

Born in Otsego, WV, on August 23, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Russell Leon and Doris (Stoneman) O'Dell. She was preceded in death by her husband James N. Cochran; a son: Patrick Lee Cochran; and a granddaughter: Samantha Nicole Roark.

She was a member of Bay Church in North East, MD. She enjoyed her family, church, and friends, but most of all her grandchildren.

Survived by her children: James N. Cochran, Jr. (Sheri) of Bel Air, MD, Lori A. Roark (Ronald) of Still Pond, MD, Clark E. Cochran of North East, MD and Susan K. Simmons (Lance) of Elkton, MD. Also survived by 7 siblings: Nancy Lewis of Las Vegas, NV, Russell O'Dell of St. Mary's, WV, Frankie O'Dell of Riverbank; CA; Ricky Meadows of Wytheville, VA; Vickie Napier of Knoxville TN; Mike Meadows of Torreon, NM; and Dane Meadows of Boron, CA; 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at 2:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., North East, MD with visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow services at St. John's Cemetery, Fair Hill, MD.
