Alfred Walter Kobylinski

Alfred Walter Kobylinski, age 72, of North East, Maryland, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2026, at his home.

Born on January 1, 1954, in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, Alfred was the son of the late Alfred Walter Kobylinski and the late Cecilia Stovcik.

Alfred was a man who found happiness in life's simple pleasures and took great pride in the things he loved. He had a special appreciation for the outdoors, whether spending time sailing and boating on the water, casting a fishing line, tending to his garden, or enjoying a peaceful hike surrounded by nature. He was also a talented woodworker who enjoyed working with his hands and creating beautiful pieces of furniture. His craftsmanship reflected his patience, creativity, and the satisfaction he found in a job well done.

A familiar face in the community, Alfred generously gave his time volunteering at the Turkey Point Lighthouse, a place that held special meaning to him. He also had a soft spot for his beloved dog, Sparky, whose companionship brought him much happiness.

Above all, Alfred will be remembered for the life he lived, the interests he pursued, and the memories he created with those closest to him. His love of nature, appreciation for the outdoors, and ability to find joy in everyday moments will remain a cherished part of his legacy.

Alfred is lovingly survived by his wife, Marie L. Kobylinski; his son, Alex W. Kobylinski (Gabrielle), of Norristown, Pennsylvania; and his grandson, Cameron A. Kobylinski.

He is also proceeded in death by his sisters, Phyllis Pollock and Virginia O'Haren.

A memorial service celebrating Alfred's life will be announced at a later date.
