Alexander Joseph Kosinski

Alexander Joseph Kosinski, "Big Al" or "Kokey" 78 of North East, MD, died Sunday, August 1, 2010 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Wilmington, DE, on December 10, 1931, he was the son of the late Alexander and the late Stella Zarnoch Kosinski. Mr. Kosinski was the beloved husband of 52 years of Kathleen S. Kosinski of North East, MD. He served his country in the Air Force from 1951 to 1955 and retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground after many years of service. Mr. Kosinski enjoyed gardening, woodcrafts, puzzles and crosswords. He also enjoyed sports, especially coaching Little League and playing basketball. In addition to his loving wife, survivors include his children: Michael J. Kosinski and Matthew J. Kosinski both of Port Deposit, MD and Mary K. Conley and her husband Bennie of Elkton, MD; 7 grandchildren: Zachary, Taylor, Ryan, Amanda, Katie, and Hannah Kosinski, and Kyle Conley; and 1 great granddaughter, Brianna Elizabeth Gallaher.
