Roy Dean Duncan
Roy Dean Duncan, 67 of Elkton, MD, passed awy Saturday, March 16, 2024 in the Gilchrist Hospice Care Center, Towson, MD.
Born in Wilkes County, NC, on August 5, 1956, he was the son of the late Silas H. and Margaret (Jennings) Duncan.
He owned and operated Duncans Tree Removal. Roy enjoyed selling at flea markets and was always tinkering with something.
Roy is survived by his daughter: Holly Duncan Cortese (James) of Magnolia, DE; grandson: James Cortese; brother: Perry Duncan; and nephew: Johnathan Duncan.
In addition to his parents Roy was preceded in death by his siblings: Donna Lynn Duncan and Alvin Duncan.
