Kevin Maruice Krauss

Kevin Maurice Krauss, 44, of Rising Sun, MD, passed away Friday, March 24, 2006 in his home, Rising Sun, MD. Born in Elkton, MD, on April 26, 1961, he was the son of Kenneth Maurice and Patricia Leone Williams Krauss. He was a licensed electrician who worked at W. L. Gore for many years in the electrical department. He also worked for Quantum Controls, Inc. and was a spa tech at Clearwater spas, Inc. Most recently he worked in the electrical department at American Home and Hardware, Elkton, MD. Kevin was an avid fast pitch softball player. He played ball for 23 years all over the U.S. and Canada. He played in the 41 SC World Tournament and was First Team All American for the 2001 Maryland Masters National Championship Team. He was a loving father who adored his children. In addition to his parents he is survived by daughter: Deanna Kathryn Krauss sons: Joshua David Krauss Aaron Maurice Krauss sister: Renee Scott of Port Deposit, MD Funeral service will be held Monday, March 27, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Crouch Funeral Home, 127 South Main Street, North East, MD where family and friends may call from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
