Kahla DeHaven Johnson, 27 of North East, MD, passed away Friday, February 16, 2018.
A lifelong resident of Cecil County, she was born in Elkton, on January 30, 1991.
Kahla worked as a waitress at Perkins Family Restaurant.
She was a great mom and loved to volunteer at the Ray of Hope Mission. She enjoyed her time taking classes at Cecil College in Accounting and Business.
Survivors include her beloved daughter: Deliah; her mother: Junietta Johnson of Newark, DE; her siblings: Amber Johnson and Richard Bolt, Jr. both of North East, MD and Paige Johnson of WI; maternal grandparents: Corbin and Ellen Johnson of North East, MD; boyfriend: Corey Lichtenfels of Elkton, MD; and her aunt: Elizabeth 'Aunt Liz' Bolt of North East, MD.
Visitation will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Union Church, 440 Union Church Road, Elkton, MD. Funeral service, conducted by Rev. Cheryl Snyder and Rev. Jack Spicer will begin at 2:00 pm.
Interment will be private.
