On behalf of me and my family, we belatedly send our sincere and deepest condolences to the Robbin’s family for your loss. We found out about Bear’s passing recently. As a former co-worker of Bear, it was not uncommon to hear him speak fondly of his family and Navy career. I could see that both were a source of pride, love and devotion as a family man and former Naval Officer.

In addition to work, Bear and I often crossed path while attending the Susquehanna Symphony Orchestra (SSO) yearly Holiday Musical Events. Bear’s wife, Christine, is a member of the SSO, in the First Violin section. He told me that his wife enjoyed playing the violin since a young age. Bear was always there to support her and glowed with pride when he spoke about her SSO participation.

Bear. Fair Wind and Following Seas Shipmate. Our condolences to the family.

Very Respectfully

The Allen Family

Coach Bear was respected by my boys who played football for him in Clayton New Jersey. Victor, Keith, Josh & Jerry learned much defensively and join me in sending our deepest sympathies to family and friends. Rest in Peace.

Christine & Robbins family,

As a colleague of Bear's for several years, I want to offer my deepest condolences for your loss.

I wish to lend my voice to attest to the great man Bear is.

I will always remember his gentle, reassuring smile and calm tone when things were tense at work. Bear was more than a colleague, I am proud he was my friend.

A man of honor and integrity who has a great love for his nation, only surpassed by his love for all of you.

May God rest his soul and may the Lord console you at this time with His love and mercy.

God bless

Rich

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Bear. I worked with him several years ago. He had such a kind heart and always made me smile, even when things at work got tough. A couple years ago, he made me a beautiful Christmas ornament with my daughter's picture, following her extended illness. I will never forget him or his kindness. I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. Please know that Bear will never be forgotten. God Bless You.

To Bears Family. I am so sorry to hear of Bear's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Bear was a very kind man, and as a co worker of long ago, he always made you feel good. Please know that Bear helped me many times when I was stressed at work. I have a Teddy Bear that he gave me, and said hug this, you will feel better. And I did. Bear always talked about his family. His wife, and his boys and daughter. He loved talking about taking his grandchildren to Home Depot to make projects. He always beamed when he talked about all of you. May God keep you wrapped in his arms. Many prayers. Carolyn Cook

Bear was always helping, guiding, but strong on the maintaining security standards. He protected our country and the information that needed to be protected. I am sure many learned from him and he made a good improvement on DoD.

My deepest sympathies go out to your family. May God give your family peace and comfort during these difficult times. Just a couple months ago Bear was talking about his Navy service and being ordered to travel on short notice while his wife held things together for the family. My condolences on the passing of your loved one.

Bear was a true patriot and family man. He spoke fondly of his children and grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to talk about how much he loved and admired Christine. He will be missed. My sincerest condolences to the family.
