Timothy Charles Mars, 41 of North East, MD, died suddenly Monday, March 13, 2017.

Born in Havre de Grace, MD, on July 5, 1975, he was the son of Charles A. and Joann (Tyree) Mars of North East, MD.

He was a lifetime member of the American Trapshooting Association and the Oxford Gun Club.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his children: Timothy C. Mars, Jr., Alexis M. Mars, Julie M. Mars, Lillian M. Mars and Landyn M. Mars; one sister: Jovonna Mars Pens of North East, MD; his two nephews: Charles E. Pens, Jr.; and Brendan C. Pens; and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by a sister: Charlene Mars; his paternal grandparents: Charles and Irene (Collins) Mars; and his maternal grandparents: James and Freda (Dangerfield) Tyree.

Funeral service, conducted by Pastor Woody Fannin will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 at 11:00 am at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am until service.

Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
