Richard Alan “Ricky” Clore, Jr., 27 of North East, MD, died Saturday, February 11, 2017.

He was born in Baltimore, MD, on March 10, 1989 and worked as a concrete finisher, employed by Guardian Environmental Services.

He enjoyed fishing, hiking and hunting.  Ricky was a loving uncle and brother. He loved spending time with his son Matthew, niece Audri, nephews Anthony and Teddy. In his free time he was always with them teaching them something or reading to them. They would sit and play video games together. He also liked taking them on hikes with a picnic. He loved being outside, working with his hands and was always willing to help out his sister whether it be around the house or with the kids. He was one of a kind and will be truly missed!

Survivors include his son: Matthew J. Clore; his father: Richard A.  Clore, Sr. of Elkton, MD; his mother: Mary Jane (Montgomery) Clore, of Elkton, MD; two sisters: Danielle Clore of North East, MD and Jessica Roof of Elkton, MD; one brother: Ryan Clore of Elkton, MD; a stepsister: Amanda Gaskill of Churchville, MD; a stepbrother: Jacob Gaskill, serving in the U.S. Army and stationed in Germany; and his paternal grandmother: Donna J. Clore of Murphy, NC.

Ricky was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Billy D. Clore.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.

Interment will be private.
