Ralph McKnight, 90 of North East, MD, died Sunday, August 16, 2015 at home.

Born in War, WV, on March 6, 1925, he was the son of the late Frank and the late Goldie (Hager) McKnight. 

Mr. McKnight served his country in the U.S. Army.  He retired from Aberdeen Proving Ground,

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and restoring antique cars. In his later years he enjoyed feeding the squirrels and birds while being cared for by his daughter, Linda Sue and her son Terry.

Survivors include his children:  Robert F. McKnight and his wife Virginia, Linda Sue Hutchison Glessner and her husband Jim all of North East, MD; and 6 grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son: Ralph E McKnight.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, August 21, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD.

Private graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2015 in Bethel Cemetery, North East, MD.
