LTC Joseph Carl Bruncsak, (RET) of Elkton, MD, passed away at 2:20 am on July 28th in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Fifteen.

He is survived by his sister: Joyce, of PA; his four children: Joe and his wife Karyn, Corey and his wife Kelley, Sybil, Jonathan and his wife Ashley; and three grandchildren: Taylor, Riley and Max.

He lived a life full of love and compassion and gave aid to anyone who needed it.  The love of his life, Paula Bruncsak passed away five years hence.  He joins her now at the gates of heaven, once again united.  

The laughs, cries, trials and rejoicements that he shared with his family and friends are probably the best epitaph that anyone could ask for.  Unfortunately, because of the sheer quantity of those moments, they can’t all be listed here.   He is missed greatly and will be remembered as a kind, gentle and loving brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend.

Funeral service will be held Friday, July 31, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where the family will receive guests beginning at 10:00 am until service time.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project in care of the funeral home.
