Our prayers are with the entire Family. Kay was always a glow of light when she was seen. Even in the worst of times her words were so comforting. A great and loyal friend to many and a neighbor one had to love.

Kayy became a friend when she worked in the old Acme store.  We always tried to get in  her line to check out.  Later we knew her in the Country Thyme Garden club.  Kay was always so kind and cheerful and had a nice little conversation to get caught up on what was going on in our gardens and lives.  We treasure the times we spent with her.  Our condolences to her whole family

Dear Teddy, Karen and David,
Johnny called me this morning to tell me about Kay.  I am so sorry. She was a wonderful woman and always so kind to me.  Shirley and Mother were such good friends and that love was passed on to Kay.  That big smile that she always shared with others, her kind words and good deeds will be missed by all of us.  I will be praying for each of you as you go through this time.  God will provide comfort, peace, and turn your sorrow into so many wonderful memories.  Blessing to all of you.

Dear David and family,

No words can heal the pain you are feeling now but know that she is no longer suffering.  She is at peace. It is so hard losing a loved one and may God be with you during this difficult time.

                                ANGELS LOVE US
                                     EVERYDAY
                                 ANGELS TEACH US
                                    HOW TO PRAY
                                ANGELS HOLD US
                                   IN THEIR WINGS
                                ANGELS TEACH US
                                  HOW TO SING
                                ANGELS MAKE THE BELLS
                                    OF LIFE RING
                                ANGELS ARE NEVER
                                     FAR AWAY
                                 ANGELS ARE HERE
                                        TO STAY

                                 MAY GOD BLESS.

Teddy, Karen and David and families,

I was so sadden to hear about Kay, she is one of those people that you always feel will be there.  She was so good to Oscar and my Dad, a true care giver.  I remember when they moved into their house in Theodore, so young.
I am so sorry for your loss.    I am thinking and praying for you all.

Good memories.

To Kay's family,  I am so sorry to hear of Kay's passing.  I am her first cousin and the sister of Jim Richardson.  I am sorry to say that I have not kept in touch with Kay in the last few years, but I think she and my brother talked often.  He kept me posted on the happenings in her life.  I remember Kay, Darrell, Aunt Shirley and Uncle Joe fondly.  I use to spend the summers with them when we were kids and they lived at Sugar Grove.
I really enjoyed those summers we spent together.  You, her family, have my deepest sympathy and prayers that God will hold you up at this sad time.  Love to all,  Sue (Richardson) Rose

Dear David, I am so sorry for you and your family's loss. Your mom did so much for you and was so incredibly proud of your accomplishments and your strength. The few times I was fortunate to speak with her privately and alone, she absolutely glowed with pride in you. What a great mother!!! My family and I are grieving for you and pray for your healing. Love, Thom, Liz, and Amelia Moore

Dearest Teddy, Karen , David and all grandchildren. My heart goes out to each of you. Kay was loved by so many. I have so many fond memories to share but not enough room. I visited Kay last week when I was in Md. and am so thankful we had some time together. Even though I was 526 miles away she kept me up on the news. Gods arms were open and waiting for Kay and all the friends that left before her were in line waiting. Kay Bailiff you were one of a kind and my friend. God Bless this family and keep them strong.I will cherish my special memories forever and will see you again in Heaven . Janice

Dear Teddy, Karen and family, and David and family,
I have such fond memories of the time spent "growing up"  around the Bailiff family.  Our trips to Port Deposit to the pool, and all the sleep-overs were full of laughs and good times.  A shopping trip to the Acme in Rising Sun was always great fun because Kay would always have a tale to tell.
Keep those stories and good times in your hearts as they will sustain you as you grieve.  My thoughts and prayers will be with you over the next days and weeks.  Take care of each other.
Much love,
Melissa Trimble Gould
