Eugene Albert Moore was born on January 7, 1934 in Price, NC. He moved to North East, MD in 1955.

He went to be with his Lord and Savior on December 4, 2017 surrounded by his loving family and friends.

He was in the Korean War. He was also a dedicated truck driver for 43 years.

He attended Harvest Pentecostal Church of North East. He was a man of God and loved all of his family and friends.

He is the son of the late James and Minnie Moore. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years: Nellie Moore of North East; father of son: David Moore and daughter in law, Dolly Moore, and daughter: Darlene Stehman and son in law, Matthew Stehman all of North East; 2 grandchildren: Shannon Courtot of North East and Jessica Wilson of Elkton, grandson in law, Benjamin Wilson of Elkton; 4 great grandchildren: Kevin Courtot, Teavon Nicholas, Tristain Nicholas all of North East and Makayla Wilson of Elkton.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 at 12:00 noon at Truth and Life Center, 1924 W. Pulaski Hwy, Elkton, MD, where visitation will begin at 11:00 am.  Pastor Perry Grose will officiate. 

Interment will follow in North East Methodist Cemetery, North East, MD.
